Overnight Stay: Wadduwa or Kalutara
After having the breakfast, you will be leaving to Kalutara to visit a Buddhists temple. It is the only temple where devotees can go inside the pagoda to worship Lod Buddha. Then you can go to Kosgoda village where many turtle hatcheries are situated. This is a heaven of seen the turtles on the southern coastline. There are five varieties of turtles such as olive ridley, ridgeback, hawkbill, green turtle & loggerhead.
In the evening you can leisurely walk around the Dutch fort in Galle. It was first built by the Portuguese in 1588. Then extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century from 1649 onwards.

After the breakfast you will be leaving to Udawalawa, en route visiting stilt fishermen in Koggala. It is a traditional way of fishing famous around this area. In the evening you will be able to make a safari to Udawala. It is an important habitat for water birds and elephants. It is a very popular tourist destination and the third most visited Nature Park in the country.

After having the breakfast we drive to transit home in Udawalawa. It is the place where the baby elephants are look after. There we can see how to feed milk to baby elephants. Afterwards, you will be proceed to Ella and in the evening you will be leaving to Little Adam’s Peak. It will be an interesting hiking event for you. This area has a rich bio-diversity with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. This town has a cooler climate than surrounding lowland.

After breakfast, you will be leaving to Nuwara Eliya where we can feel the mild climate in the country. It is one of the major tea production area in the world. Tallest mountain in Sri Lanka, “Piduruthalagala” can be seen over the city. It is a most attractive city among tourists. There we can find many buildings related to the colonial period, such as Grand Hotel, Post Office & Gregory Lake. Afterwards, you will be leaving to visit a tea factory and you can observe how the worlds’ finest tea is blended and how delicate tea buds are plucked, processed and grading according to their quality such as BOP Fening & others.
Overnight Stay: Nuwara Eliya
After having the breakfast, you will be leaving to the Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya. It is the largest garden and was started off as a pleasure for Sinhalese royal families. It consist an amazing collection of orchids over 300 varieties. It may be the largest orchid collection in Asia.
Afterwards, drive to the last kingdom of Sri Lanka, Kandy. It consist a population over 120,000. Most of them are rich and wealthy families. Kandy is more popular for shopping. So you are able to see souvenirs, gems, jewellery, handicrafts and batik. In the evening you can visit the most important place, temple of the Tooth Relic.

After having the breakfast, you will be leaving to Matale to visit a spice garden. Matale is famous for spices such as pepper, cardamom, cloves & nutmegs. Afterwards you will be leaving to see Cave Temple in Dambulla. It belongs to the 1st century BC. Rock Cave Temple is the most impressive & largest rock cave temple in Sri Lanka. In the evening you can visit a village and it will be an interesting experience for you to travel by a bullock cart, interaction with local village folks, experiencing their lifestyles, their culture and hospitality. You can also have a ride with a catamaran boat trip.
Overnight Stay: Habarana / Sigiriya
After having the breakfast you will be leaving to visit Sigiriya Rock. It was a fortress built by King Kassapa. It is a marvel monument of the rich culture and technology of ancient Ceylon. Afterwards you will be proceeding to Minneriya National Park for safari by jeep. This adventurous tour will give you an ultimate experience and a remarkable safari.
